I am a people-person. I am a storyteller.

What sets me apart as a speaker is my professional training and deep understanding of people as a trauma informed counselling psychologist and my genuine desire to see people live purposeful, connected, and meaningful lives.

 

I pride myself on tailoring each talk to the needs of the audience. My years of experience in psychology, facilitation, and storytelling as a relationship and connection specialist have shown me that some themes are truly universal to the human condition - at our core, we are all wired for connection and belonging. We long to feel valued and to have our worth recognised. My talks are designed to tap into this universal truth. They are interactive, engaging, and heart-centred, combining evidence-based insight with energised storytelling to create lasting impact.
 

My goal in every talk is to create a space where people feel inspired, understood, and equipped to take practical steps toward more wholehearted and connected lives.
